Component Cooler System™
A clean, safe, low cost way to cold test electronic components!
Ends the high cost, thermal shock and environmental problems of expendable aerosols!
An Old Problem - A New Solution
Thermal testing of electronic components with expendable gases is an expensive, environmentally troublesome operation. The Component Cooler is a low cost alternative that produces a stream of clean, cold air at 40° below zero to quickly and safely test components for low temperature function. It's a new technology solution to an old problem.
A trigger valve in the handle allows intermittent use. The Component Cooler is quiet (70 dBA) and has no moving parts, assuring years of maintenance free service. Payback period, in saved aerosol costs, is often measured in weeks.
The Compressed Air Supply
The use of clean air is essential, and a maximum 25 micron filter is recommended. EXAIR Model 9003 filter contains a 20 micron element and is sized properly for flow.
