Whether mobile, oil-injected or oil-free, we have the suitable compressor<\/strong> for trade and industry. BAFA funding is possible for many of the compressors offered here, we will be happy to inform you about this.<\/p>\n

For some compressor series (BASE, SMART, FLEXI and SCROLLI) we offer a “TD<\/strong>” version as an “All in One” solution<\/strong>. TD Units include tank (270 or 500 l), dryer, pre- and after-filter<\/strong>. The TD variants are the ideal solution for our customers who prefer a complete solution ready for connection. No piping work, everything is ready to go, just plug in the power, connect the compressed air connection to the consumer network or unit, and you’re ready to go<\/strong>…<\/p>\n<\/div>

Screw Compressors<\/h3>\n

If you require constant and large quantities of compressed air over a long period of time, screw compressors or also called rotary screw compressors are your first choice for supplying compressed air to production processes in industry, trade and commerce. By progressive rotation of the spindle-shaped, intermeshing rotors, the incoming air is continuously compressed. The screw compressor thus belongs to the group of rotary or displacement compressors. Oil is often used in conventional compressors for lubrication and sealing, whereas in industries (e.g. food, pharmaceutical, medical, electrical engineering, etc.) where compressed air comes into contact with end products, the use of oil-free compressors is necessary. Among other things, screw compressors are characterised by the fact that they are very quiet in operation and are suitable for continuous operation.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Model: Scrolli – The Champion for 100% Oil Free Air<\/h3>\n

Oil free scroll compressors 3,7-37 kW. The\u00a0 range of Scroll compressors will deliver 100% oil free air. By using a module design you can choose exactly the size of compressor that you require. The \u201cMultilevel\u201d software makes sure that the compressor continues to run in the optimum operation mode. And when one module shows a failure the software switches automatically to another module, so you always get the air that is needed.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Model: Aquarius – Oil-free, water-injected screw compressor for maximum energy efficiency<\/h3>\n

AQUARIUS compressors with direct drive and IE4 permanent magnet motor meet all requirements for pure, oil-free compressed air with maximum efficient compression and thus excellent energy balance. The AQUARIUS model range (15 – 75 kW) uses water-injected screw compressors, which means that no oil (or other lubricant) is required for the compression process. The water is taken from the ambient air and no fresh water including water treatment is required. Many Aquarius compressors are eligible for BAFA funding.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Model: Base – The small revolution<\/h3>\n

Screw compressors of the Base series (5 – 15 kW) are designed to offer the best reliability and economy at an outstanding price-performance ratio. The compressor’s impressive efficiency is achieved by a direct-driven compressor stage and a state-of-the-art IE4 permanent magnet motor. The variable speed unit includes an advanced touch screen control. Base compressors are also available in a “TD” version, with attached refrigerant dryer and pre- or post-filter on one vessel, completely ready for connection.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Model: Smart – The low-priced one<\/h3>\n

Oil-injected screw compressors with 4 to 18.5 kW. The Smart series is the customer-friendly solution for efficient compressed air supply with the highest compressed air quality. The space-saving models are easy to install, extremely quiet, easy to maintain and suitable for almost any installation site.\u00a0 All Smart compressors are also available in an all-inclusive version with refrigeration dryer, tank (270 or 500 l) and filters, recognisable by the suffix “TD” and completely ready for connection. Many Smart compressors are eligible for BAFA funding.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Model: Strong – The Powerful<\/h3>\n

Here you get the powerful complete package of direct drive, speed control, permanent magnet motor and smart integration. With the Strong series, we have compact screw compressors in the 7 – 37 kW range in our programme. The oil-injected Strong family is the champion among energy-efficient compressors and all variants are eligible for BAFA subsidies.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Model: Storm – Small installation area<\/h3>\n

The compressors of the “Storm” series (5 – 37 kW) combine high efficiency with an extra small footprint. Depending on the model, this is only 650 mm x 610 mm to 900 mm x 890 mm. During the development of the Storm compressors, special attention was paid to easy accessibility for service and maintenance work. All Storm models meet the requirements for a BAFA subsidy.<\/p>\n<\/div>
