Le concept brevet\u00e9* fait usage d&rsquo;un film \u00e9carteur (Shim) sp\u00e9cial permettant de pr\u00e9server le positionnement d\u00e9cisif des \u00e9l\u00e9ments. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la fine fente, un volume d&rsquo;air pr\u00e9cis est projet\u00e9 sur une surface plane. Il permet d&rsquo;obtenir un jet laminaire large, puissant et tr\u00e8s rapide. Parall\u00e8lement, la consommation d&rsquo;air et le niveau de bruit sont minimes.<\/p>\n<p>Le flux d&rsquo;air des buses \u00e0 jet plat de 51\u00a0mm (Super Air Nozzles) ne peut pas se bloquer et satisfait aux normes OSHA 29 CFR &#8211; 1910.95(a) et 1910.242(b).<\/p>\n<p>Les buses \u00e0 jet plat de 51\u00a0mm poss\u00e8dent une ouverture de fente d&rsquo;air de 0,38\u00a0mm r\u00e9gl\u00e9e au moyen d&rsquo;un film \u00e9carteur en acier inox install\u00e9 entre le couvercle et le caisson du bo\u00eetier. La force et le flux peuvent \u00eatre augment\u00e9s ou diminu\u00e9s facilement en installant des films \u00e9carteurs de diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9paisseurs.<\/p>\n<p>Le mod\u00e8le 1122SS est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en acier inox robuste de type 316.
