Le concept unique de cette buse ultra-efficace en fait une solution optimale tant pour les espaces restreints que pour les budgets limit\u00e9s. La buse 1&Prime; \u00ab\u00a0Flat Super Air Nozzle\u00a0\u00bb est dot\u00e9e de la technologie EXAIR brevet\u00e9e qui maximise le flux d&rsquo;air entra\u00een\u00e9 tout en diminuant le bruit produit. Ce r\u00e9sultat est obtenu gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un disque \u00e9carteur (\u00ab\u00a0Shim\u00a0\u00bb) en inox install\u00e9 entre le bo\u00eetier et le capuchon de recouvrement. L&rsquo;ouverture de la fente d&rsquo;air r\u00e9gl\u00e9e \u00e0 0,38\u00a0mm expulse un volume d&rsquo;air pr\u00e9cis.<\/p>\n<p>Le flux d&rsquo;air entra\u00eene l&rsquo;air ambiant pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer un jet d&rsquo;air large, puissant et plat qui se d\u00e9place \u00e0 vitesse \u00e9lev\u00e9e. La consommation d&rsquo;air est de 297\u00a0l\/min \u00e0 une pression d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e de 5,5 bar. Le niveau de bruit de 75\u00a0dB(A) est inf\u00e9rieur aux valeurs limite de la norme OSHA 29 CFR 1910.95(a) pour la pollution acoustique maximale admissible. La force et le d\u00e9bit volumique peuvent \u00eatre ajust\u00e9s par le montage de disques \u00e9carteurs de diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9paisseurs. En usine, un Shim de 0,38\u00a0mm est install\u00e9. De plus, un jeu de 3 Shim de 0,13, 0,25 et 0,51\u00a0mm d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur est disponible sous la r\u00e9f. art. 1136 SS.<\/p>\n<p>En option, des coudes banjo de 1\/8&Prime; et des flexibles arm\u00e9s (\u00ab\u00a0Stay Set Flexible Hoses\u00a0\u00bb) sont disponibles en diff\u00e9rentes longueurs pour faciliter l&rsquo;orientation de la buse. La buse 1&Prime; \u00ab\u00a0Flat Super Air Nozzle\u00a0\u00bb est disponible en zinc\/aluminium ou acier inox 316 (tous les Shim sont en acier inox VA). Elle convient aux applications industrielles dans les environnements difficiles.
