La source du bruit peut \u00eatre rapidement identifi\u00e9e et localis\u00e9e, ce qui permet de prendre des mesures correctives afin de r\u00e9duire ou d&rsquo;\u00e9liminer le probl\u00e8me. Pour r\u00e9duire le bruit de l&rsquo;air comprim\u00e9, il suffit souvent de remplacer les buses de soufflage inefficaces existantes par des buses techniques d&rsquo;EXAIR, comme les Super Air Knives, les Super Air Amplifiers ou m\u00eame les Super Air Nozzles. L&rsquo;exposition \u00e0 des niveaux sonores \u00e9lev\u00e9s pendant une p\u00e9riode prolong\u00e9e peut endommager l&rsquo;ou\u00efe des travailleurs s&rsquo;ils ne portent pas de protections auditives ad\u00e9quates. Le non-respect de la r\u00e9glementation peut entra\u00eener de lourdes amendes.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9cis et r\u00e9actif, le sonom\u00e8tre mesure les d\u00e9cibels du son et affiche la valeur mesur\u00e9e sur le grand \u00e9cran LCD, qui est \u00e9quip\u00e9 d&rsquo;un \u00e9clairage de l&rsquo;\u00e9cran pour faciliter la lecture des valeurs. Un bouton de r\u00e9glage \u00ab\u00a0F\/S\u00a0\u00bb (fast\/slow) permet de choisir entre un temps de r\u00e9ponse lent pour des mesures de bruit relativement constantes et un temps de r\u00e9ponse rapide pour des \u00e9volutions de bruit variables. La fonction de \u00ab\u00a0m\u00e9morisation de la valeur maximale\u00a0\u00bb mesure le niveau sonore maximal et le met \u00e0 jour en permanence lorsqu&rsquo;un son encore plus fort est d\u00e9tect\u00e9.
