Lorsque le flux d&rsquo;air s&rsquo;\u00e9chappe, il se dilate et augmente sa vitesse avant de passer par la buse venturi (3). Un orifice de vide (4) est situ\u00e9 au point d&rsquo;aspiration entre la buse et le venturi, tangentiellement au flux d&rsquo;air primaire. Des ventouses en vinyle durables sont disponibles pour les applications de \u00ab\u00a0pr\u00e9hension et de d\u00e9pose\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Des silencieux disponibles en option permettent une \u00e9vacuation maximale du g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur de vide, de sorte que la vitesse du cycle ne soit pas r\u00e9duite. Le silencieux standard a une extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 ferm\u00e9e et convient aux applications exemptes de poussi\u00e8re et de corps \u00e9trangers. Des purgeurs automatiques de condensat, qui prot\u00e8gent l&rsquo;air comprim\u00e9 des impuret\u00e9s et de l&rsquo;humidit\u00e9, des r\u00e9gulateurs de pression, des vannes d&rsquo;arr\u00eat, des tuyaux d&rsquo;air comprim\u00e9, des raccords et des \u00e9lectrovannes (pour la mise en marche et l&rsquo;arr\u00eat \u00e9lectrique de l&rsquo;air comprim\u00e9) sont disponibles sur demande.<\/p>\n<h3>Raccords et tuyauterie<\/h3>\n<p>Le raccord de vide de l&rsquo;E-Vac est filet\u00e9 NPT (une ventouse peut \u00eatre viss\u00e9e directement). Pour les ventouses \u00e9loign\u00e9es, il est possible de monter sur l&rsquo;E-Vac et les ventouses des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de connexion (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement avec des filetages r\u00e9pandus pour une utilisation avec NPT et BSP) ou des raccords de tuyaux. Des tuyaux \u00e0 vide en polyur\u00e9thane sont disponibles pour les connecter (longueurs\u00a0: 3\u00a0m, 6\u00a0m, 9\u00a0m, 12\u00a0m et 15\u00a0m). Pour une performance optimale, les longueurs de tuyau doivent \u00eatre aussi courtes que possible afin d&rsquo;obtenir les meilleurs temps de r\u00e9ponse et de d\u00e9clenchement possibles.<\/p>\n<h3>Silencieux<\/h3>\n<p>Les silencieux en option permettent d&rsquo;obtenir un d\u00e9bit d&rsquo;\u00e9vacuation maximal sans r\u00e9duire les vitesses de cycle. Le silencieux standard (pour les E-Vac In-Line uniquement) a une extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 ferm\u00e9e et convient aux applications exemptes de poussi\u00e8re et de salet\u00e9.
