Cela entra\u00eenait des faux rejets lors de l\u2019inspection, qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9limin\u00e9s gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation d\u2019une Super Ion Air Wipe de 10,2 cm (4\u2033).<\/li>\n<li>Un fabricant de tuyaux en PVC rencontrait des probl\u00e8mes de qualit\u00e9 du texte imprim\u00e9 sur la paroi ext\u00e9rieure du tuyau par une imprimante \u00e0 jet d\u2019encre. La qualit\u00e9 d\u2019impression n\u2019a plus pos\u00e9 de probl\u00e8me.<\/li>\n<li>Un fabricant de fils utilisait un encodeur pour mesurer et calculer la longueur du fil, afin de savoir combien de fil \u00e9tait enroul\u00e9 sur une bobine. Le rev\u00eatement en tissu de la roue de l\u2019encodeur et le rev\u00eatement en nylon du fil g\u00e9n\u00e9raient une charge \u00e9lectrostatique suffisamment \u00e9lev\u00e9e pour endommager l\u2019encodeur \u2014 ils voyaient litt\u00e9ralement des \u00e9tincelles s\u2019\u00e9chapper de la roue. Un Super Ion Air Wipe de 5,1 cm (2\u2033) a permis d\u2019\u00e9liminer l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 statique dans toute la zone autour de l\u2019encodeur.<\/li>\n<li>Dans une usine d\u2019eau embouteill\u00e9e, des scell\u00e9s inviolables \u00e9taient appliqu\u00e9s sur le dessus des bouteilles apr\u00e8s remplissage et fermeture. En plus de rassurer les consommateurs sur l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 du produit, cela permettait de garder propre et hygi\u00e9nique le goulot (que les gens portent \u00e0 leurs l\u00e8vres).
