The VariBlast® Precision Safety Air Gun is a uniquely powerful blowgun that produces variable force by simply adjusting the trigger valve. You decide how much force is needed for the application by pulling the trigger a little or all the way for maximum force!

What are VariBlast® Precision Safety Air Guns?

EXAIR’s new VariBlast Precision Safety Air Gun delivers a focused blast of air that handles tough jobs with remarkable force. The lightweight air gun features a variable trigger that applies variable force to a target by simply pulling the trigger. A comfortable full-finger trigger and convenient suspension loop are integrated into the ¼” NPT Safety Air Gun. The included Nano Super Air Nozzle (Atto and Pico Nozzles also available) requires only 8.3 SCFM and is made of 316SS stainless steel or PEEK thermoplastic.

A variety of other Super Air Nozzles with different force and flow rates are available. All EXAIR Safety Air Gun product lines attain the known guidelines and use advanced air nozzles for high performance and safety. All are available with Type 316 stainless steel extension tubes and chip shields.

This precision blowgun, made of fiberglass-reinforced nylon, can be equipped with various of our 1/8″ NPT air nozzles. The VariBlast Precision Safety Blow Gun is small, comfortable and powerful while remaining lightweight and ergonomic.

The VariBlast Precision Safety Blowgun is available with a standard, 12″ or 20″ extension for hard-to-reach areas, which can also be equipped with an impact-resistant polycarbonate chip guard. The air gun body is made of high-impact polyacetal. Airflow exiting the nozzle cannot be blocked, ensuring safe operation and meeting OSHA standards 1910.242(b). The VariBlast safety blowgun produces a quiet noise level of 75 dBA, well below the limits of OSHA’s noise exposure standard 29 CFR 1910.95(a).

VariBlast Precision Safety Air Gun with choice of air nozzle and safety shield. Exair Chip Shields are durable polycarbonate shields that protect the operator from flying debris that often occurs when blowing chips from machined parts. Chip shields are also great for preventing coolant from spreading everywhere during drying operations. Chip Shields help meet OSHA 1910.242(b) requirements for the safe use of compressed air.
