The amount of liquid applied can be greatly varied by adjusting the valve or inlet pressure.

Internal Mix Narrow Angle Round Pattern

These nozzles are excellent for spraying a concentrated mist of liquid. Because of the versatility of their adjustments, they can apply a heavy coat up close or send a very fine mist over 4 m (1/8″ Models), 9 m (1/4″ Models) or 12 m (1/2″ Models) away! The Liquid Nozzle is often used for precision application of lubricants during assembly, or marking items as they move through an assembly line. Narrow angle round pattern atomizing nozzles are capable of of delivering the most liquid of our internal mix atomizing nozzles.
