Back Blow Nozzles – Models 1004SS, 1006SS and 1008SS
The backward-blowing compressed air nozzles models 1004SS, 1006SS, and 1008SS are used in pipes, tubes, and hoses where conventional blow-off cleaning of production residues is not possible. A powerful 360-degree airflow is generated through a series of holes for effective cleaning. This prevents chips and other debris from being pushed deeper into the pipe being cleaned and avoids disruption of the production process. The required reach can be achieved using suitable extension tubes, which are also available from us.
The Back Blow Nozzle is manufactured from high-quality Type 316 stainless steel. It can be used in high-temperature applications (up to 538°C), corrosive environments, and areas subject to mechanical wear. These Back Blow Nozzles can also be used with our Safety Air Guns.
The use of these Back Blow Nozzles requires suitable safety shields to prevent injuries caused by the discharged airflow. We will be happy to advise you on this.

Chip Shields should be used to protect operators from debris. A Model 901650 Chip Shield is for M4 x 0.5 extensions and a Model 901222 is available for 1/4″ NPT extensions.
