High-quality camera housings solve the annoying problem of unclear vision. An additional air curtain protects industrial cameras and sensors.
The camera housings are used for Basler Ace cameras (model: Basler Ace Classic or Basler Ace U) or cameras with the same dimensions.
Camera enclosure made of aluminium alloy (MNOK-D)
The aluminium camera housing with integrated conical air jet and an additional air curtain in front of the housing glass is designed for the use of video cameras in environments contaminated with liquids, oil fumes or dust.
The integrated air jet is directed away from the housing and keeps the glass cover of the housing free of liquids and dust. In addition, an air curtain directly in front of the housing glass protects against splashing liquid. A third air outlet removes drops that reach the protective glass despite the two air curtains.
The camera is completely protected by the housing and a glass cover in front of the lens. This housing is mainly used in CNC machines as well as in environments with a high content of splashing liquid or oil vapours.
